Scam?
On July 16, 2026, Window Repair US Inc “adjusted, insulated and sealed” six windows at my Manhattan apartment and billed me $6,500, which I paid in full.
Five days later, during ordinary rain, water poured — not dripped — through the very windows they were paid to seal. It happened again three weeks after that.
I asked them to make it right. They refused any refund, hiding behind fine print on their invoice that says the deposit is non-refundable and that sealing would only be “effective with 80%.”
How I live now — towels on every sill, plastic on the floor
